Access to the course & the golf shop for check-in and food & beverage is from 6.15am in Summer and 7.15am in Winter.
Check in is required for all players, and you must be on the tee box ready to play 10 minutes prior to your tee slot, noting that all rounds commence from the 1st unless otherwise advised.
In the interests of comfort and pace of play, Four players per tee slot is the maximum permitted.
Depending on your reservation, other guests maybe playing in the tee time allocation.
Our course operates on a 10 minute tee cycle to ensure more space on course. Players are reminded that they must maintain speed of play and usual golf play through etiquette is expected.
The use of golf carts require you to agree to the Cart Hire Terms and Conditions as they are licenced road vehicles. Each cart must be signed out with the hirers drivers licence, your contact number and signature.
Carts are available to you no more than 10 minutes prior to your tee time.
Practice facilities including Putting Chipping & Driving Range are accessible prior to play with Range Balls available for hire from the Golf Shop.
A range of Golf Supplies, speciality Araluen Estate Merchandise and Hire Equipment is available in the Golf Shop.
Golf Carts are to be returned immediately after your round concludes. We allow a maximum of 5 hours to complete 18 holes. All carts regardless of play format must be returned by 5:30pm in Winter and 6:30pm in Summer.
Please be aware Golf Cart repairs are extremely expensive and we urge you to look after these while in your care as you are directly responsible for all costs associated with damage arising from negligence.
Golf carts must be returned in the same condition as they are received. Any damage must be reported to the golf-shop prior to the commencement of your round, otherwise you are responsible for the full cost of the damage & repair on inspection.
The golf booker acknowledges that they are personally liable for all damage to motorised carts booked under their name and within their group. The golf booker warrants that they are responsible for securing payment for any damage repairs caused as a result of the groups hire.
Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your tee-time with full refund offered if your reservation type is applicable for one. Inside 24hrs no refunds are provided.

Seniors rate requires the player to be 65 years of age or older. ID is required at checkin for all bookings under this rate.
4 Player 18 Holes & Cart, Early Bird back 9 and discounted advance bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved in part of full.
BYO alcohol is not permitted at the Course or at its facilities.
Araluen Estate Golf Course may at its sole discretion terminate your round without recourse or refund in the unlikely event you are required to leave for inappropriate conduct while on course or while using the facilities.
